The National Association of Women in Construction Foundation offers scholarships to students pursuing a degree related to the construction industry, such as architecture, interior design, electrical, mechanical, civil, structural engineering, etc.  Incoming and undergraduate students may apply.

 

November

American Academy of Rome Prize Fellowships for graduating seniors and graduate students in the arts and humanities, where being in Rome is an integral part of study

American Concrete Institute  architecture and planning studies leading to a career related in concrete materials and engineering

CAC-BEF is a non- for profit organization that aids students in continuing their education in the area of building envelope. Students enrolled in a curriculum under the building envelope are of study (engineering, architecture, etc.) are encouraged by the firm to apply.

 

December

The Mission of the CAC Building Envelope Foundation Scholarship Fund is to create opportunities for the advancement of the building envelope professions (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction programs).

Frank Huntington Beebe Fund for Musicians fellowships for gifted young musicians, generally performers and composers in classical disciplines, who wish to pursue advanced music study and performance abroad, usually in Europe

Kate Neal Kinley Memorial Fellowship  for students studying art, music, architecture in graduate programs

Puffin Foundation Grants  for emerging artists in the fields of art, film, music, theater, photography, and public interest whose works due to their genre and/or social philosophy might have difficulty being aired

The Uncommon Goods Scholarship is an opportunity for artistic students to share their love for the arts, as well as their own artwork. Undergraduate and graduate students may apply.

Harriet Hale Woolley Scholarships Artist and Musician candidates for students who have completed an undergraduate degree or have even begun graduate study in painting, graphic design, printmaking, sculpture, and instrumental or vocal music; nine-month residency in Paris to continue study

Harvey Fellows Program | Mustard Seed Foundation  is applicable to various fields; graduate work

The International Facility Management Association Foundation (IFMA) is offering financial assistance to undergraduate and graduate architecture majors

Princess Grace Foundation USA Film Scholarships are available through a nomination process for students enrolled in university at graduate and undergraduate film programs. Nominations for film scholarships are invited from Deans or Department Chairs of these film programs.

Mellon Undergraduate Curatorial Fellowships  for students interested in learning what it takes to be an art museum curator.

Jewish Federation Academic Scholarship Program for Jewish students in college or graduate school for the performing arts, architecture; additional fields

Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting for aspiring screenwriters to spend one year completing their original work of fiction. Also offers deadlines in April and May

The Accessible Professionals Association Jim Boyce Scholarship is awarded to assist undergraduate students majoring in architecture with college expenses.

Glenn Miller Birthplace Society Scholarships  for graduating high school seniors and first-year college students, who intend to make vocal and/or instrumental music a part of their future lives

The Houzz Residential Construction Management Scholarship is offered to undergraduate and graduate students majoring in architecture, landscape architecture, or construction management. Applicants should be interested in pursuing construction management professionally.

Houzz’s Residential Design Scholarship is for undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in architecture, interior design, or similar field. Applicants should also have a career interest in residential design.

Houzz’s Sustainable Residential Design Scholarship is for undergraduate and graduate students studying architecture, landscape architecture, or interior design with the intention of pursuing a career in designing sustainable residential areas.

Houzz’s Women in Architecture Scholarship is for women undergraduate and graduate students majoring in architecture, architectural engineering, or interior design.

National Endowment for the Arts Grants - Creative Writing Fellowships Fellowships in fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction enable recipients to set aside time for writing, research, travel, and general career advancement. Non-matching grants are for $25,000.

Princess Grace Foundation USA Playwriting Theatre deadlines Scholarships, apprenticeships, and fellowships are available through a nomination process for individuals affiliated with non-profit schools and theaters. Nominations for theater grants are invited from the Artistic Directors of theater companies and Deans or Department Chairs of professional schools in theater. Grants are awarded to actors, directors, and costume, set, sound, projection and lighting designers.

The Simpson Strong-Tie Academic Scholarship is offered to junior and senior undergraduate architecture and civil engineering students.

American Council of Engineering Committees (ACEC) ProNet Scholarship for undergraduate juniors, seniors or graduate students in architecture or engineering or a combination of both whose studies will be leading them into practice management

American Planning Association Scholarships variety of awards for undergraduate and graduate students in fields related to planning

Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Spouses Heineken USA Performing Arts Scholarship  for students pursuing an undergraduate degree full-time in good academic standing at an accredited college or university; planning to pursue a degree in a field that will lead to a career in the performing arts (drama, music, dance, opera, marching bands and other musical ensembles); have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale; exhibit leadership ability and participate in community service activities; awards of up to $3,000 to (10) students

Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Spouses Visual Arts Scholarship for students pursuing an undergraduate degree full-time in good academic standing at an accredited college or university; planning to pursue a degree in a field that will lead to a career in the visual arts (architecture, ceramics, drawing, fashion, graphic design, illustration, interior design, painting, photography, sketching, video production and other decorative arts); have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale; exhibit leadership ability and participate in community service activities; awards of up to $3,000 to (10) students

The Entertainment Software Association Foundation Scholarship scholarships for full-time undergraduate study at accredited four-year colleges and universities in the USA; up to (30) scholarships of $3,000 each will be awarded annually, 15 to graduating high school seniors and 15 to current college students; must be women or minority students, pursuing degrees leading to careers in computer and video game arts (high school seniors must already be accepted into a program), maintaining a GPA of 2.75 or above on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent), and be US citizens

Princess Grace Foundation USA Dance Performance Choreography Scholarships and fellowships are available through a nomination process for individuals affiliated with non-profit schools and dance companies. Nominations for dance performance grants are invited from the Artistic Directors of dance companies and Deans or Department Chairs of professional schools in dance.

SOM Foundation Prize in Architecture, Design and Urban Design for graduating undergraduate and graduate students of accredited U.S. schools of architecture, design and urban design

American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers scholarships for students in degree programs related to architecture, HVAC-R engineering and technology. Also offers scholarships with December deadlines.

The Greater Than Gatsby Scholarship is for incoming, undergraduate, and graduate students majoring in English, film, fine arts, journalism, photography, or a similar field

The NAIOP Chicago University Initiative was created to provide students unique opportunities to engage with commercial real estate professionals in the Chicago region. The NAIOP Chicago University Scholarship Program provides tuition assistance each year to three students (two Graduate level students & one Undergraduate student), as well as other professional benefits including NAIOP membership and mentoring opportunities. Qualifying applicants must be an undergraduate (fulltime) or graduate student (preference given to those enrolled in a minimum of two courses) maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA.

American Graphics Institute offers the Design Thinking Scholarship to students who see the importance in using designs in various disciplines. Students enrolled in any degree program at any accredited college or university is accepted. Incoming, undergraduate, and graduate students are encouraged to apply.

Cintas Fellowship in Visual Arts and Music Composition visual photography, arts, literature; artists with Cuban citizenship or of direct descent (Cuban parent or grandparent)

Photonify is providing financial support to students across the visual arts field of study. The support is intended to help students to develop skills and prepare for future work in advertising, media, photography and many, many other industries.

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency STAR Fellowships for Graduate Environmental Study  supports master's and doctoral students in environmental studies; students can pursue degrees in traditionally recognized environmental disciplines as well as other fields such as social anthropology, urban and regional planning, and decision sciences; up to $37,000 per year in support
